DERRY TOWNSHIP, PA(WPMT)- A Lancaster County man faces charges after allegedly exposing himself several times at a public library in Dauphin County. Derry Township Police say on December 30, 2013, an employee at the Hershey Public Library, 701 Cocoa Avenue, reported a man exposed his genitalia to a female after having stared at female patrons through bookshelves for several minutes. The man then left the library before police arrived, but witnesses provided his description.
On September 22 this year, an employee at the library reported to police that the man was again at the library. An officer responding to the scene spoke to a female patron who said that the man had been staring at her for several minutes. The officer than observed the man about to engage in inappropriate conduct. The officer approached the man and identified him as Brandon Holbrook, 39, of Elizabethtown.
After interviewing witnesses in both incidences, police charged Holbrook with Indecent Exposure, Open Lewdness and Disorderly Conduct.
