Man charged with flashing genitals in Intercourse library

State police at Lancaster said Thursday that they are investigating an incident where a man flashed his genitals inside a public library in Intercourse.

They said Brandon R. Holbrook, 41, is accused of exposing himself to a 33-year-old Leola woman in the Pequea Valley Public Library on Center Street in Intercourse, which is a village in Leacock Township, at 2:30 p.m. on Feb. 10.

Holbrook was charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness, Trooper Amos Glick said. Anyone with information on the incident can call police at 717-299-7650.
