A 39-year-old Elizabethtown man faces charges after police say he exposed himself and repeatedly peered at women through library bookshelves, according to a Monday news release from Derry Township police.
Brandon Holbrook, formerly of Reedsville, has been charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct for separate incidents that occurred at Hershey Public Library, 707 Cocoa Ave., as recently as last month, according to the release.
On Sept. 22, a library employee contacted police to report Holbrook's presence in the library. A woman told police that Holbook had stared at her for several minutes, and an officer identified Holbrook after he saw the man "inside the library preparing to engage in inappropriate conduct," police said.
On Dec. 30. 2013, an employee reported Holbrook exposed himself to a woman after staring at female patrons for several minutes through the library's bookshelves, according to the release.
