LEWISTOWN — Police were called to M.R. Stax regarding an incident that occurred Friday, July 28. According to a report issued by Lewistown Police Department, surveillance footage showed Brandon Holbrook, of Reedsville, touching his genitals while watching a female patron inside the gym. State police at Lancaster said Thursday that they are investigating an incident where a man flashed his genitals inside a public library in Intercourse. They said Brandon R. A 39-year-old Elizabethtown man faces charges after police say he exposed himself and repeatedly peered at women through library bookshelves, according to a Monday news release from Derry Township police. DERRY TOWNSHIP, PA(WPMT)- A Lancaster County man faces charges after allegedly exposing himself several times at a public library in Dauphin County.  Derry Township Police say on December 30, 2013, an employee at the Hershey Public Library, 701 Cocoa Avenue, reported a man exposed his genitalia to a female after having stared at female patrons through bookshelves for several minutes.  The man then left the library before police arrived, but witnesses provided his description.
